Speaker profile

Paul is Head of Spaceflight for the Department for Transport and responsible for leading the development of the UK’s commercial spaceflight legislation and regulations.

Previously Paul was responsible for developing the UK Governments strategy for civil Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems and Head of UK Aviation Safety.

Paul is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society and was awarded MBE in 2016 from Her Majesty for his services to aviation safety.
