As space defence continues to rapidly evolve, the need for a skilled and adaptable workforce becomes increasingly critical. With MOD personnel gaps blocking capability and operational effectiveness, how can we enhance collaboration between MOD and the UK space industry in order to bring civilian knowledge and skills forward to protect and defend? This panel session will bring together new expert voices from both industry and MOD to discuss and explore the challenges and opportunities for stronger collaboration.
